**About this Position**:
**What you´ll do**:
- Manage the reviewing and updating of the SHE related legal permits, licenses, etc.
- Manage and coordinate the emergency response plan.
- Develop, provide, and support workplace risk assessment in sites under his/her responsibility
- Coordinate reporting and investigation as well as ensure RACs for corrective/preventive actions of any incident or accident that may occur within the facilities.
- Manage and provide SHE training for all stakeholders
- Ensure employees eligible to company car have the correct driving skills to minimize accidents and perform periodic review of incidents to generate remediation activites
- Manage the implementation and execution of the internal safety, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Manage and define SHE related KPIs.
- Ensure stopping activity or process that does not comply with the minimum safety requirements or, failing that, presents any unsafe condition or act.
- Ensure support LEED,



WELL or any correspondent building certification whenever required.
**What makes you a good fit**:
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years in a similar management position
- Knowledge of risk assessments, emergency response plans and corrective/preventive actions (RACs). Experience delivering SHE training and managing internal safety, hygiene and environmental policies.
