**Responsibilities**:




- Minimum of 3 year directly related experience working in a human resources environment.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), highly preferable experience in Workday
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be fluent in English.
- Flexibility to support local teams in respective time zones.
- Proven adaptability to work with cross-cultural groups within a general organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
- Must demonstrate high initiative, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidential information, records, and/or files.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or bachelor’s equivalency) or combination of equivalent education and experience.
