- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an_ Industrial Engineer_ located in _Aguascalientes_._
- Reporting to _Industrial Engineering Manager_, _Industrial Engineer_ is responsible_ _responsible for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Manages and supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas like Lean, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects_
- _ Designs or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as defining the most efficient plant locations_.
- _ Develops management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost reviews, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality_
- _ Confers with management and engineering staff to implement improvement plans_
- _ Examines staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules,



to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment_
- _ During NPI coordinates process planning, layout, facilities and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement_
- _ Provides process time estimation to the quote team._
- _ Responsible of equipment’s capacity (SMT, PTH & Testing)_
- _ Forecast analysis with Program Managers and resources allocation_
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus._
- _ Advance English_
- _ Related experience._
- _ Experience working in production lines._
- _ Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, also with Lean Manufacturing, JIT and MRP._
- _ Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments._
- _ Experience in Autocad, layouts, facilities._
- _ Demonstrates operations and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills._
