**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead manufacturing activities for assigned products throughout prototype, pilot, and production phases.
- Serve as the main contact for customer documentation updates and internal engineering change orders.
- Participate in new customer development and support new business opportunities.
- Analyze line return data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions for process issues.
- Perform product‑level FMEAs and ensure manufacturability through engineering drawing and DFX reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen activities.
- Evaluate and qualify new processes, materials, and manufacturing equipment.
- Lead internal and external corrective action plans and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain compliance with certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ANSI ESD S20.20, IPC, etc.
- Support organizational KPI achievement and establish measurable objectives aligned with site goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department and organizational needs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.




- High attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Experience using continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as WebEx.
**Role‑Specific Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to use metrics and CI tools (DPMO, FPY, Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.).
- Ability to support a 24/7 global operation as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including day and overnight trips.
