As the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition - Mexico, you will serve as a hands-on TA Business Partner supporting three manufacturing sites while leading and developing a Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for high volume recruitment operations.
Based in El Marqués, Querétaro, you will play a key role in supporting our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, collaborating closely with global TA colleagues, HR Business Partners, and site leadership across Mexico. This role requires a balance of strategic partnership, operational execution, and people leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for high volume recruitment across three manufacturing sites.
- Provide guidance, prioritization, and quality oversight to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and consistently.
- Serve as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to site leaders and HR partners, aligning hiring strategies with workforce planning needs.
- Take necessary steps to fully understand job requirements, including position profiles, job specifications, qualifications, skills, and workforce demands.




- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies in partnership with the broader Talent team.
- Partner with external recruiters, employment agencies, colleges, and technical schools as needed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, metrics, and reporting to track performance and hiring outcomes.
- Support the ongoing development of Global Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of roles across multiple functions and departments.
- Experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technical talent within an engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume hiring while supporting professional and technical roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience leading or mentoring other TA team members.
- Experience recruiting skilled trades and hourly manufacturing roles.
- Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Dayforce preferred).
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors and staffing agencies.
- Familiarity with multi site or shared services recruitment models.
