**The Role**:
We’re hiring a Technical Sourcer focused on South America to power pipeline generation for engineering and technical customer roles.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Generate strong pipelines across engineering and technical customer roles.
- Review and engage inbound applicants quickly and thoughtfully.
- Run structured first-round screens to assess technical alignment, communication skills, English fluency, and overall fit.
- Track activity and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent hiring momentum.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- 1-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Experience sourcing technical talent preferred.
- Strong sourcing fundamentals and ability to build smart searches.
- Excellent communication skills and strong English fluency.
- Organized, detail-oriented,



and comfortable operating with high ownership in a remote environment.
