**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Information Systems Area in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
- Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
- Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and vigente service problems.




**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or similar.
- At least 6+ years of experience working with Ansible and AAP.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and AAP, including playbook developments, managing roles, inventories and workflows.
- Proven experience in automation, systems engineering, DevOps or/ and Infrastructure operations.
- Solid understanding of Python, Linux and Windows systems, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT environments.
- Good knowledge of version control (Git) and automation best practices.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze failures, optimize automation, and propose improvements.
- Advanced English Level is required.
