- Coordinate the development of action plans for the various areas of the company involved in the import and export process.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipments according to PGI's cut-off time and HP's cut-off time for SAB. (BOL, PL, CI, TL, and PGI)
- Establish action plans in accordance with directives received from department management and clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound activities for the Servers business unit.
- Optimize inventory capacity and control, as well as product delivery times.
- Prepare and manage the import and export budget.
