Accounting & Finance Support Specialist (On-Site) - Puerto Vallarta
**Location**: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site)
**Schedule**: Full-time | 5 days per week | In-office
**Monthly Salary**: $15,000 to $16,000 MXN
**English Level Required**: Advanced to Fluent
Position Overview
We are currently hiring an **Accounting & Finance Support Specialist** for a fully on-site position in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
The position focuses on supporting payment processes, basic financial administration, and internal documentation. Phone interaction is mínimal, and full training will be provided.
**Important**: This is an on-site position in Puerto Vallarta. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payment-related and basic finance processes
- Assist with administrative tasks related to accounting and finance
- Enter and update financial and administrative information in internal systems
- Review data and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
**Requirements**:
- Studies completed or in progress in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- English level: advanced to fluent, reading,



speaking and writing required.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic administrative and computer skills
- Ability to work on-site in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with numbers
Preferred (Not Required)
- Internship or entry-level experience in accounting, finance, or administration
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or financial systems
- Experience working in structured administrative environments
