**Role responsibilities**:
- Create customer‑facing technical documentation for Cloud AI products, including conceptual guides, tutorials, how‑to guides, and API documentation.
- Develop documentation related to **AI / Machine Learning**, such as model training and evaluation, language and vision use cases, and self‑service onboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Customer Engineers to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
- Work with **documentation‑as‑code** workflows using Markdown/HTML and Git‑based repositories.
- Manage multiple documentation streams in fast‑paced product release environments.
**Non‑negotiable requirements**:
- **5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer**.
- Experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** (highly desirable).
- Experience creating **AI documentation**.
- Strong experience with **Documentation as Code**.
- Hands‑on experience with **Git / GitHub**.
**Work model**:
- **Hybrid - On‑site preferred**
- Location**:Mexico City (CDMX), Torre Carracci.**
Schedule**:8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 (local time)
