**Job Title**: Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)
**Location**: Homerville, GA
**Compensation**: $80,000 - $95,000 Yearly USA dollars

**About the Role**
**Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and prioritize **preventive and corrective maintenance (TPM)** activities
- Assign and manage **maintenance work orders** across shifts
- Perform and support **hands-on troubleshooting** of:
- Electrical systems and controls
- Mechanical components and production equipment
- Work closely with production and scheduling to **reduce downtime and improve OEE**:
- Track and analyze **maintenance KPIs, OEE, and equipment performance**:
- Utilize **SAP or CMMS systems** for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Support and lead a team of **15 maintenance technicians**

Pay: $126,500.00 - $130,000.00 per month
