Job Description

Define and execute the country strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Hold full P&L; responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and cash flow delivery
Lead commercial strategy, including sales growth, key account development, and market expansion
Drive organisational transformation, implementing new processes, performance standards, and cultural change initiatives
Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders, including regulators and industry bodies
Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with general and regional priorities
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across commercial and functional areas
Ensure alignment across functions including sales, supply chain, finance, HR, and R&D; within a matrix organisation
Define and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to ensure execution against strategic objectives
Oversee governance, compliance, and operational standards across all local activities
