**Overview of Position**:

Work schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday from 6:30 am-4:30pm.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional customer service in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Manage Back Order with customers.
- Process quotes and send them to customers.
- Setting up new accounts
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Support sales department.
**Required Experience and Education**




- Proficient in English
- 2-5 years of customer service
- Associate’s degree Preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel), Internet package tracking
- Must be a consummate collaborator, and adhere to our company core values: Honesty, Respect, Constant improvement, Accountability, and Pride
Pay: From $27,360.00 per month
