**About the Role**
**What You’ll Do**
- Support the end-to-end hiring process, including creating requisitions and offer letters.
- Initiate and follow up on background checks.
- Ensure new hires receive necessary equipment.
- Assist in creating and managing job postings.
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Previous recruiting and/or HR experience preferred.
- Working experience using Success Factors
- **Education**- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- **Core Skills**- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to support processes and follow up on tasks effectively.
