**Quality Assurance (QA) Tester**
**Remote (Mexico)**
We’re hiring a QA Tester to help us improve the quality of our software used by automotive dealerships across the United States.
Our software helps dealerships generate and manage leads more effectively.
Experience with QA tools is a plus, but not required—we will train you. What matters most is your attention to detail, your ability to find problems, and how clearly you communicate them.
**What You’ll Do**
- Test our web-based software and make sure features work correctly
- Look for bugs, errors, or anything that doesn’t feel right
- Clearly describe issues so developers can quickly understand and fix them
- Follow test plans and help improve them over time
- Work with our team to make sure new features are ready before release
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail (you notice things others miss)
- Good written English (you can clearly explain problems)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new tools
- Organized, reliable, and consistent
- Willing to ask questions and learn
**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- Experience testing websites or software
- Experience reporting bugs or working with a team
