At **Nidec**, we are looking for an **NPI Process Engineer** to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This role is crucial for configuring and optimizing manufacturing systems to ensure that our processes are efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective when introducing new products. The position will be responsible for coordinating everything from equipment installation to process validation, working closely with engineering and production teams.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the new product introduction process from design to implementation.
- Develop work instructions and process documents.
- Implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement in production.
- Optimize process capability and production volume while maintaining high quality standards.
- Conduct process and quality control analysis, including PFMEA, Control Plan, Cpk, and Ppk.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
- Work on automating processes using PLCs, sensors, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001).
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to resolve issues and conduct root cause analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



or Mechatronics Engineering**.
- Intermediate/advanced English (at least 80%).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of process management tools like **PFMEA**, **Control Plan**, **DOE**, and **SPC**.
- Experience with **PLC**, **vision systems**, and **process automation** (Keyence experience preferred).
- Experience in **Lean Manufacturing**, **Six Sigma**, and **continuous improvement**.
