To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Manufacturing Engineer** located in **Juarez Norte.**
Reporting to the **Engineering Services Manager**the **Manufacturing Engineer’s** role involves:
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.
- Design’s manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
- Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
- Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.




- Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
- Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- Engineering studies Bachelors Degree.
- Experience in process engineering wiring
- IATF certification
- Intermediate English
- Experience with automotive wiring harnesses
- E**xperience in final line assembly processes (subassembly, assembly, Taping, final flow, etc.)**
- R**eading of drawings and cut sheets**
- **Workload Balancing.**
- Process flows (layout) 5. Equipment loads/Equipment capacity studies
- New business quoting
- Workstation design (AutoCAD/Solid/Works)
- Validations
- Continuous improvement (workload optimization)
- Flowcharts & PFMEA
