Outliers - High-Ticket Lead Closer / Qualification Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: Morning or afternoon shifts + 1 weekend per month
Compensation: $20,000 - $50,000+ MXN/month (uncapped commissions)

Outliers is looking for top-tier closers who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
This is not a typical customer service role — you will be handling inbound high-intent leads, qualifying them quickly, and converting them into signed clients. Speed, precision, and closing ability are everything.

**What You’ll Do**
*Contact and qualify high-intent leads immediately (speed is critical)
*Identify and prioritize high-value prospects
*Close deals using advanced sales and objection-handling techniques
*Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management through CRM
*Deliver a high-level client experience while driving conversions
*Track performance and generate conversion reports
*Continuously optimize your approach to maximize close rate
**Who We’re Looking For**
*Proven experience in high-ticket sales, closing,



or lead qualification
*Strong background in negotiation and customer-facing roles
*Advanced English (fluent) - must be comfortable closing in English
*Experience using CRMs and managing pipelines
*Ability to work under pressure and move fast
*Sharp judgment to prioritize high-value leads
*Fast learner with a results-driven mindset
*Highly organized with strong reporting skills
*Availability for morning or afternoon shifts
*Availability to work 1 weekend per month
