**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**The Details**
- **Location**: On-site (Mexicali).
- **Address**:Av. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza 1298, Nueva, 21100 Mexicali, B.C.
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (9-hour shift).
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaboration**: Work with department managers to identify specific employment needs and requirements.
- **Evaluation**: Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and work experience to select the strongest fit.
- **Onboarding**: Conduct background screenings, prepare employment offers, and assist in onboarding new hires.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1+ years as a Recruiter (preferred).
- **Language**: B2+ English level (required).
- **Education**:Bachelors in Psychology (preferred).
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Compliance**: Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
- **Soft Skills**: Empathetic, service-oriented, with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
