**Overview**
The Lead Generation Marketing Manager focuses on building and scaling a consistent
inbound pipeline. The role centers on translating the company's positioning in Robotics
and Physical AI into effective marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads.
This position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across digital
campaigns, video content production, and event marketing. The idóneo profile reflects
experience in Robotics, AI, or SaaS environments, with a clear emphasis on measurable
lead generation outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and execute a comprehensive inbound lead generation strategy aligned with
growth objectives
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate
qualified pipeline
- Lead the creation of video marketing assets (e.g., promotional content, explainers,
campaign videos)
- Support and enhance conference and trade show presence, including booth
creatives and backdrop materials
- Conduct market and customer research to refine targeting, messaging, and
positioning
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure alignment on pipeline quality and
conversion
- Translate technical capabilities into clear,



compelling messaging for the target
audiences
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and
outcomes
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Demonstrated success in driving inbound lead generation, particularly in B2B
environments
- Relevant experience within Robotics, AI, or SaaS sectors
- Proven ability to produce or oversee video-based marketing content
- Experience supporting or executing conference and trade show marketing
initiatives
- Strong foundation in marketing strategy, demand generation, and sales alignment
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, execution-focused environment
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
