**About the Role**
We work with an Arizona-based roofing company seeking motivated, bilingual Appointment Setters to join our growing Nogales, Sonora team. You’ll connect with homeowners, set appointments, and support a high-performing sales team using qualified leads.

**Responsibilities**
Call and follow up with potential customers
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Handle inbound calls and messages
**Requirements**:
Fluent English (required)
Basic computer and CRM skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Positive, goal-driven attitude
Must work on-site in Nogales
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $12,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
