We require an **HS Engineer** who will strengthen LS Cable & System’s industrial safety culture through the implementation of preventive programs, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. The role operates under the guidelines of **ISO 45001**, ensuring safe processes, operational discipline, and personnel protection.
**PROFILE**
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Renewable Energies, or related field
- 25 to 35 years old
- **4 to 6 years of experience in environmental management**:
- Technical conversational English
- Availability to respond to incidents and provide operational support
**REQUIRED**
- **ISO 14001 Internal Auditor**:
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (municipal, state, and federal)
- Knowledge of environmental licenses (federal and state)
- Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) management
- Emissions and carbon footprint calculation
- Management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Emergency plan management
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Emergency brigade management
- Environmental and Health & Safety Committees
**RESPONSIBILITIES**




- Evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts
- Training internal/external personnel on environmental topics
- Supplier and contractor management
- Wastewater treatment plant administration
- Management and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation control
- State and federal COA reporting
- Follow-up on corrective actions and continuous improvement plans
- Organizing environmental campaigns
