Description A Technical lead at ARCOS is a technical leader and mentor within our agile development team, responsible for collaborating with the team and designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while driving innovation and best practices.
This role is a hybrid role: twice a week in our office in Guadalajara.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience or equivalent proficiency in full-stack enterprise software development (UI, backend, API, database).
Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles and architectural patterns. Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems.
Proven capability to tackle challenging technical issues.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, ability to explain complex technical concepts to peers and junior engineers.
Experience leveraging GenAI coding tools and Agentic development.
Extensive experience in Agile development, continuous integration, and delivery.
In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices, including both defensive coding techniques and secure testing methodologies.
Proven experience implementing various application architectures such as multi-tenant, cloud-based, high-volume, and high-availability.
Experience developing and delivering software across various Web and Mobile platforms, with a history of successful project leadership
