Do you enjoy bringing complex engineering projects to life through strong coordination and teamwork? Join our Engineering team as an **Engineering Project Coordinator**, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of capital and expense projects from concept through vertical startup.
This position is based **on-site in the Querétaro plant**, working closely with local, regional, and integral engineering stakeholders on high-impact initiatives.
**A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Cross-Functional Project Coordination**: Lead collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and external contractors to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables from design through startup.
- **Budget, Resource & Savings Management**:**Manage capital and expense budgets, track expenditures, and help define productivity pipelines that support annual savings commitments in alignment with financial guidelines.
- **Schedule & Risk Management**:**Develop and maintain detailed project timelines while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
- **Stakeholder Communication & Compliance**:**Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and compliance with legal, regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.




- **Quality & Methodology Execution**:**Oversee quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and that the UWF methodology is consistently applied.
**We’re Looking for Someone With**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2-3+ years of experience in engineering project coordination or similar roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Fluency in English (Spanish required for local collaboration)
