The **Technical Ceramics** business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges.

**Responsibilities**:
**What You'll Do**
- Partner with the Global HRBP, Site Leader and executive team to translate business strategy into focused people and organizational priorities.
- Lead the full spectrum of strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, internal communications and talent acquisition.
- Help define and strengthen a high-performance culture across the site, reinforcing accountability, leadership capability and business results.
- Champion a culture grounded in safety, ethics, diversity, and inclusion, while sponsoring programs that bring leadership behaviors to life.
- Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, team design and change management to support growth, transformation, and long-term success.
- Elevate talent and people development by strengthening feedback, development planning, and leadership accountability for key roles and high-potential talent.
- Partner with business leaders to assess current talent, identify future capability needs and implement long-term talent strategies that improve organizational performance.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to fill critical roles efficiently while improving the diversity and quality of talent entering the organization, supported by meaningful metrics.
- Support compensation and broader people programs in ways that align with business objectives and our overall HR strategy.
- Lead and develop the San Juan del Rio HR team, coaching them to operate as trusted business partners who understand the operation and add measurable value.
- Ensure compliance with Mexico’s national and local legal requirements by monitoring legislative changes, maintaining adherence, advising management on necessary actions
Qualifications:
**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or MS in Human Resources is strongly preferred.
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, including advanced English communication skills.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience with broad-based expertise across core human resources disciplines.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical people strategies and execute them effectively.
- Demonstrated success leading HR through cultural change and delivering clear value to the business while continually developing the HR team and growing its impact.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to gain alignment across a diverse leadership team.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation and HR systems.
