**Job Summary**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _**_Master Scheduler_** _located in _**_Guadalajara, North Campus_**_. _
- Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, _**_Master Scheduler_**_ this role is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime._
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _ Create daily production schedules._
- _ Supervise that deadlines are met._
- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization._
- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management._
- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._
- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime._
- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials._
- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization._
- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._
- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues._
- _ Provide training to staff members as required._
- Report key metrics as required.
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- _ Bachelor’s degree._
- _ Minimum of 3 years of related experience._
- _ Advanced Excel proficiency._
- _ Advanced English._
- _ Preference for experience with BAAN, FlexFlow, and Kinaxis or similar._
- _ Experience in creating and overseeing production plans._
- _ Knowledge of the electronics industry._
- _ Experience Mid or Sr in materials, planning, purchasing, supply chain._
- _ MRP & ERP expert._
