**About the role**:
As a Finance Manager at CBRE, you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
This position is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
**What you'll do**:
Act as a liaison and point of contact between sites across Latin America on matters such as reporting, accounting reports, budget control, information requests, etc.
Prepare cash flow statements projecting profits.
Create budgets from scratch.
Prepare balance sheets and P&L; analyses of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives.
Prepare projections, forecasts, accounting closes, reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related tasks. Create and record journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, financing requests, and other transactions for the accounting period are accurately recorded.
Generate and review financial packages to produce accurate and complete reports.



Prepare packages according to a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams.
Review and audit financing and payment requests to verify their accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.
Resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting matters and reports.
Other duties may be assigned.
**What you need**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Advanced English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Latin America of which at least 2 must be as a Coordinator/Supervisor.
Recent experience at a Big Four accounting firm (a significant advantage). Experience in service industries: maintenance, facilities management (desirable)
