**Job Summary**
- Support Electrical Engineering needs across PCBA, device, and equipment levels.
- Perform board-level, system-level, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Execute and support IQ/OQ/PQ and ensure compliance with GMP and manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to maintain equipment reliability.
- Drive electrical improvements, corrective actions, and process optimizations.
- Prepare clear technical documentation and communication updates.
- Troubleshoot component-related issues during development, production, or field use.
- Work one-on-one with customer stakeholders to identify procedure and/or product opportunities and evaluate potential technical solutions




- Provide innovative product system & component design solutions
- Understanding of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and Regulations.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **5+ years of direct engineering experience** in electrical design or development
- Strong knowledge of **root cause analysis methodologies**
- Proven ability to **debug, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems**
- Hands‑on experience with electrical testing tools and lab equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage technical challenges effectively
