Individual accountabilities- Develop and implement marketing budget considering strategic initiatives and Must Win Battles- Build and develop marketing team that is forward thinking with tools, technology and approach- Plan and oversee advertising, public relations and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail- Stay current with market trends, competitor news, product releases and people movement and recommend marketing plan- Understand go-to-market strategy and recommend best method to promote brands and businesses- Prepare marketing activity reports and present to leadership- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events- Support in AME Strategy related items as needed
Shared accountabilities- Align marketing programs with Global Marketing plans, Regional / Product / Industry strategic directions- Identify shows / conferences that are supportive of growth plan and ensure proper representation with booth, products and people- Drive digital marketing in strong cooperation with the Head of Digital Marketing to improve customer experience and grow business




Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders- Provide recommendations that enhance performance and business opportunities- Key stakeholders: Regional Presidents, Americas Leadership Team, Global / European Head of Marketing- Ensure alignment with integral Marketing standards
KPIs- Achievement of specific business unit targets leading to Leads generation, revenue growth, brand recognition- Operational performance and response time for internal and external requests (AME **** Operating Plan)- Special Projects support- Actively build the "One AMMEGA Marketing Team" Culture
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, MBA preferred- Excellent communication, change management, project management and organizational skills- Minimum 15 years in industrial sales/marketing and 5 years on leadership team- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization- Excellent computer and presentation skills - MS Word, Excel, PPT- Ability to work in highly matrixed environment- Able to work in the US and travel 25%- Spanish bilingual preferred
