**What You'll Do**
- Lead the **design and implementation** of SAP S/4HANA solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams.
- Analyze and understand business requirements, identifying opportunities for **process optimization and automation**.
- Develop, validate, and document **solution architectures** focused on integration, scalability, and performance.
- Provide expert guidance on **SAP S/4HANA functionality, best practices, and emerging technologies**.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to implement **third-party integrations and solutions**.
- Develop and maintain **S/4HANA roadmaps and migration plans**, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Manage **project budgets and timelines**, ensuring successful delivery of SAP initiatives.
- Stay current on the latest **SAP S/4HANA innovations** and continuously upskill yourself and your team.
**What We're Looking For**
- **5+ years of experience** working with SAP ERP systems, with a strong focus on **S/4HANA**.
- Proven expertise in modules such as **Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution,



and Production Planning**.
- Strong understanding of **SAP Fiori, ABAP, and SAP Business Workflow**.
- Experience with **project management methodologies** and SAP implementation best practices.
- Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills**.
- Strong **leadership and collaboration** abilities.
- Ability to work **independently and cross-functionally**.
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Computer Science**, or a related field.
- Understanding of the **manufacturing industry** is preferred.
