**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our team!
You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reporting.
This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional with 3-5 years of experience looking to grow within a dynamic, international, and customer-focused company.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute vendor payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
- Assist with month-end close by providing AP reports and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage vendor relationships.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Monthly Salary of $24,000 to $27,000 gross (bruto)
- Christmas Bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)
