**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 9 to 13 years of professional experience, ideally within the Education domain, to lead and oversee complex projects from initiation through successful delivery.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in JDE-Human Capital Management (HCM), capable of managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
This is a high-impact role that demands strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project success through meticulous planning, proactive risk management, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within the Education sector.
Define project scope, goals,



and deliverables that support business objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
**Certifications Required**
PMP (Project Management Professional) or
PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) certification is mandatory.
