**Your new role**
- As a Medical Excellence & Operations Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will drive excellence in Healthcare Professional (HCP) interactions by managing KOL and HCP databases, ensuring audit readiness and accuracy.
Some of your specific responsibilities will be:
- Provide high-calibre administrative support to Medical Affairs in planning, organising, and executing operational activities.
- Oversee the HCP contract lifecycle, including managing agreements, speaker selection, and medical materials review.
- Implement and uphold company policies and standard operating procedures to ensure full compliance.
- Leverage your technical skills to automate key processes and monitor data integrity.
**Your new department**
- This role is based in **Mexico**, where you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to medical excellence & operations.
Our department is responsible for running all medical activities, like planning medical events with high impact to ours main stakeholders, the Health Care Professionals.
We provide resources and expertise in Medical Events, Medical Reporting, Data Management, and more, ensuring alignment and optimization across medical execution.

**Your skills and qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Chemical or Industrial Engineering).




- 2 years' experience in Medical Excellence or Medical Operations.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (intermediate-advanced).
- Fluent English (spoken and written), with strong communication & presentation skills.
- Experience in data analysis using Power BI is a plus.
