We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Operations Manager** to lead our manufacturing plant operations.
This role includes full responsibility for daily production activities and leadership of the Lean Department, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficient and reliable production processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Lead the Lean Department to drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions.
- Develop, coach, and motivate high-performing teams through leadership and performance feedback.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).




- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience managing direct teams.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Black Belt or RedX certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading improvement projects and driving operational transformation.
