**Your Job**
As a Product Technician in Guadalajara, you will leverage your theoretical knowledge and practical experience with epoxies and adhesives to solve production challenges and optimize glue performance.
You'll play a key role in sustaining and improving processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
**Our Team**
You will join the Optical Solution (OSBU) division, collaborating closely with Product Engineers, NPI/Process Engineers, Quality Engineers, Program Managers, and Planners.
Together, we drive standardized processes and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead and optimize the end-to-end glue process-from documentation review to process improvements-ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Define and maintain product and glue performance databases, and analyze results to identify trends and opportunities.
- Serve as the technical liaison with vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement new solutions.
- Standardize and maintain controlled documentation for various epoxy formulations, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support the execution of area and plant key initiatives, providing technical guidance and hands-on assistance.
- Participate in control plan activities, fulfilling responsibilities and authorities assigned to this role.
- Contribute to other projects and tasks as directed by management.




**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Currently pursuing or holding a technical degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Familiar with BOM creation and engineering change processes.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Hands-on experience working with epoxies, glues, or adhesive formulations.
- Experience using MRP systems such as SAP.
- Demonstrated familiarity with quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, FMEA).
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
