**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Pega solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
- Oversee Pega Integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
- Conduct Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning to optimize resource allocation and system efficiency.
- Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure timely and successful deployments.
- Execute Pega Installation procedures to establish robust and scalable environments.
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
- Provide IT business support to address user queries and system issues promptly.
- Implement User Access and Identity Management solutions to safeguard data integrity.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.




**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Pega Platform and related technologies.
- Have a solid understanding of Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning methodologies.
- Show experience in Pega Monitoring and Control for maintaining system health.
- Exhibit knowledge in Pega Release Management and deployment strategies.
- Understand Pega Installation processes and best practices.
- Have experience in User Access and Identity Management solutions.
- Be familiar with IT business support and resolving technical issues.
- Be capable of analyzing system performance and suggesting improvements.
- Possess excellent documentation skills for technical specifications.
- Be experienced in conducting code reviews and providing feedback.
