As an FP&A; Manager supporting the Finance Surgical team, you will be responsible for leading a team in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and report preparation.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that guide business decisions, manage projects, and enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making
- Conduct analysis of internal financial data to identify trends and key business drivers
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the potential impact of various business scenarios and strategic initiatives
- Provide financial insights to business leaders on cost management, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely month-end close, accruals, and reserves
- Monitor external economic conditions and assess their potential impact on business operations




- Assist in the development of key financial metrics and performance indicators to track business unit performance and support the development of financial strategies and recommendations to improve profitability and reduce financial risk
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related.
- Advanced level of English
- 3-5 years' experience in finance or similar areas.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and financial process management.
