**Data Ops & Enablement Lead, Market Data**

As **Data Ops & Enablement Lead** you will focus on making more efficient the day-to-day data operations, improve processes and drive change across America's data team.
This role is responsible for measuring and monitoring the accuracy, availability, and reliability of data for internal clients, it involves optimizing data processes, addressing the resolution of issues through their root causes and mitigating risks.
**The main tasks and responsibilities include**:
- Optimize and strengthen operational data management workflows for Market Data Operations.
- Drive initiatives and spearhead projects aimed at improving the accuracy and reliability of historical data.
- Lead data migrations from external feeds into a standardized model, ensuring the integrity and consistency of deliverables essential for daily operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to oversee and enhance market data change management processes.
- Establish and promote data management best practices to drive operational excellence across Market Data teams.
- Proactively identify potential risks in data management and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Develop and sustain robust quality assurance frameworks/monitoring to enhance the reliability and efficiency of data operation
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- Proven track record of driving transformative changes within the Data Management domain
- Extensive expertise in market data, including its onboarding, processing, and delivery to end-users.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in optimizing data processes and resolving issues through root cause analysis.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks in data management.
- Excellent project management skills to drive initiatives and lead data migrations.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders and enhance change management processes.
- Knowledge of best practices in data management and quality assurance frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Expertise in using JIRA for project tracking and issue management.
- Outstanding planning skills with a demonstrated ability to embed sustainable Data Governance and controls into operational frameworks.
- Knowledge of ZEMA is a plus.
