**Job Title: Truck Dispatcher (Home Office)**
**Location**: Remote (Must travel to Laredo, TX once a week)
**Reports To**: Operations Manager
**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Dispatch drivers for cross-border lanes between Mexico and the U.S.
- Generate all required documentation, including **Carta Porte, Manifiesto, and I-94 forms**.
- Track and update **ETAs** to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure **HOS (Hours of Service)** compliance daily.
- Authorize **lumper services** outside of business hours as needed.
- Validate **Proof of Delivery (PODs)** and upload them into the TMS system.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and internal departments to ensure clearance and crossing efficiency.
- Provide support to drivers with routing, emergencies, or document issues.
- Follow up on trailer status and ensure availability aligns with operational plans.
- Assist in maintaining updated records of drivers, equipment, and border documents.
**Requirements**:




- **Fluency in English** (spoken and written) - _required_
- Must hold a **valid U.S. visa** and be able to attend in-person meetings in **Laredo, TX once a week**- _required_
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a dispatch or transportation coordination role
- Experience with **cross-border** trucking operations - _required_
- Familiarity with **Carta Porte** and other required customs documentation
- Proficient in TMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends - _required_
