**Dutties and Responsabilities**:
**Education/Experience**
- Billingual.
- Min associate degree and or experience equivalent.
- Previous sales experience, (customer service, telemarketing experience a plus).
- Automotive Aftermarket experience and knowledge preferred.
- Strong level of computer literacy, Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, (track, process, file, manage, report, customer interactions).
- Must be able to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls to / from customers (existing / new).
A problem solver who is mindful of time limits; follows-up to ensure resolution.
Friendly, engaging, and works well under pressure, (maintains a calm demeanor when dealing with customers and/or internal team).
- Works well independently and in a collaborative setting.
- Goal driven and self-motivated.
