**Activities**
**1.
Ensure compliance of all documentation with applicable internal policies and external regulations within the fiber optics industry.
**
**2.
Administer and maintain the document management system, including the tracking of updates, coordination of translations, and publication of documentation related to fiber optic product manufacturing in the Mexico system.
**
**3.
Coordinate the creation, review, approval, and controlled distribution of technical documentation, including product specifications, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
**
**4.




Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation in alignment with fiber optics industry requirements.
**
**5.
Identify and propose improvements in document management processes with a focus on enhancing efficiency and standardization in fiber optic manufacturing.
**
**6.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities, followed by issue triage in collaboration with engineering teams.
**
**7.
Monitor and follow up on the effective closure of corrective and preventive actions.
**
**8.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with operational, regulatory, and quality objectives within the fiber optics manufacturing environment.
