Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Expansion Specialist to support the global growth of our Metal Stamping & Metal Packaging Divisions.

This is a technical-commercial role focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing customers and distributors, supporting technical-commercial projects, and expanding Interlub's presence in international markets.

The position offers exposure to integral customers, manufacturing plants, international travel, technical projects, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Expand Interlub's presence in metal stamping, metal packaging, and other industrial sectors.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, can manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Provide technical-commercial support, including trials, validations, quotations, and follow-up.
- Manage commercial projects and support negotiations.
- Coordinate with Technical Service, R&D;, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
- Represent Interlub at customer visits, trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events.
- Travel nationally and internationally to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

We are especially interested in engineering and technical profiles, including:

- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Metallurgical / Materials Engineering




- Mechatronics Engineering
- Or related technical fields

Additional requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, International Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, international sales, process engineering, or industrial B2B markets.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Experience with CRM platforms and commercial tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience in:

- Metal stamping and metal forming
- Metal packaging
- Automotive manufacturing and Tier suppliers
- White goods and appliances
- Tube and pipe manufacturing
- Deep drawing and precision stamping
- Industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, or specialty chemicals
- Industrial equipment and manufacturing technologies

Working Environment

This is a field-oriented industrial position, with regular visits to manufacturing plants and production floors.

The role involves working with engineering, production, maintenance, quality, and management teams, supporting technical trials and understanding industrial processes.
