**This position reports to**:
Procurement Team Lead
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes.
Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters.
You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.
You will be mainly accountable for: - Planning, executing, and monitoring transport-related activities within a local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations.
- Generating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation.




- Managing operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation-related plans and processes.
- Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- At least 1+ year of experience related
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade or International Business
- Knowledge and experience with logistics operations in customs regulations and trade compliance
- Basic understanding of finance and accounts payable management
- Proficiency in material planning
- Advanced English communications skills
- SAP management as desirable
