SEGOSO MEXICO has an outstanding opportunity for a Quality Assurance Representative to join our team!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Listen to recorded calls to evaluate agent performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (FDCPA; UDAAP; etc.)
- Evaluate whether agents are following internal policies and guidelines during their interactions on calls.
- Monitor calls to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and alignment with brand standards.
- Document evaluation results and trends in QA databases or tracking systems.
- Stay up to date on changes in regulations and company and client policies.
- Ability to use strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands on administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Data Entry is a must.
