Rebecca Kitson Law is looking for a bilingual **Client Services Coordinator** to oversee a small remote team and coordinate our sales, marketing, and team strategies with excellence and heart.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead and support a remote team of up to 6 professionals in customer service, outreach, and client retention.
- Analyze conversion data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve lead capture and sales performance.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and referral platforms that align with our firm's mission and brand.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless, client-centered experience that reflects our values.
- Track performance metrics and report regularly to firm leadership on client journey insights, marketing ROI, and team KPIs.
- Innovate and optimize: We're looking for someone who understands what works and isn't afraid to try something new.
- Developing incentives: collaborate with management to help develop incentives for sales agents based on metrics.
**What We're Looking For**
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Windows computer required.




- Customer service experienced and demonstrated excellence required.
- Proven track record required in marketing and sales.
- Demonstrated experience with leading remote teams effectively.
- Experience with U.S. immigration laws/law firms— strongly preferred
