**The Opportunity**
**Your Impact**
As **SC Assoc Manager** your scope would consist of:
- IMMEX Programs administration
- HTS Classification support
- FTA agreements and duties strategies implementation
- Create baseline of free trade agreements, special programs, free trade zones and special duty regimes that are currently being used
- Create a baseline of existing incoterms being used and create incoterm-based strategies for operational benefits and possible productivity working alongside the ocean procurement team
- Analyze new duty optimization opportunities that leverage the team's productivity targets such as free trade agreements or special import/export programs




- Support yearly strategies for the customs and trade team including operational forecasting, planning and working together with the ocean procurement manager for volume forecasting and planning.
- Support standardization, continuous improvement, and knowledge management to unlock overall I/E and Customs & Trade optimization and decision making across sectors
- Create and control SOP's for the various C&T; Sectors insuring service levels across sectors for internal customers
- Analyze all import/export operations across globe in order to identify possible C&T; optimization opportunities and related compliance impacts seeking to reduce risks, compliance issues, and governmental audits.

**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in International Trade, Business, Supply Chain
**Experience**
- ***** years leading teams related to customs & trade and/or compliance
- Capable of working in a remote work group and being managed by a remote manager
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
- English Fluency both written and verbal required; Exceptional communication skills across integral businesses (additional languages a plus)
- Experience in being part of and supporting large,



complex best practices or projects
- Experience with IT platforms and tools including design, configuration, development and implementation
- Experience working with cross-functional competencies, people, and teams
- Strong track record in formulating innovative solutions and driving change
- Advanced excel and other Microsoft tools (Powerapps, PowerBI/Tableau)
