Role Responsibilities:
- Asegurar la ejecución de Políticas y Procedimientos de Controles Internos de Cobranza




- Implementación y seguimiento de los indicadores de cobranza con el equipo de trabajo.
- Elaboración de reportes relacionados con el desempeño de cobranza del equipo de trabajo.
- Realizar analisis y seguimiento continuo de resultados de gestión, con el proposito de identificar oportunidad de mejora.
- Localización de deudores a traves de contacto telefónico para acordar el pago de su deuda, seguimiento y control de cuentas para identificar pagos vencidos, asegurar el registro preciso del resultado de la deuda e informar actividad de cobro.
- Ejecutar bajo Matriz de calidad la accion de cobranza.
Role Qualifications:
- 1 año o mas en el puesto de team leader o supervisor dentro de la misma empresa desempeñando acciones de Cobraza.
- Preferentemente experiência en industria financiera (Banco/ Servicio financiero) o Fintech.
- Experiência en manejo de equipo entre 15 a 25 personas.
- Experiência en desarrollo de equipos, mejora continua y motivación laboral.
- Excelente actitud, Participativo, acostumbrado a trabajar en equipo.
**Salario y beneficios**:
- $10,800 pesos brutos mensuales.
- Bono (por desempeño de equipo e individual)
- $1,600 MXN mensuales en la aplicación de DiDi.
- $1,100 MXN en vales de despensa.
- 30 días de aguinaldo.
