**Responsabilidades**:
- Works closely with finance, accounting, customer service, and sales to resolve problems related to the customer payment.
**Conduct research and perform reconciliations on complex transactions




- Act as liaison between MSA and various third party vendors in terms of merchant and lockbox services and credit and collection teams.
- Review payment metrics and provide weekly and monthly status reports.
- Assists in month-end close, performing reconciliation to the general ledger
**Requisitos**:
- Experience with ERP system such as SAP
- Experience with posting cash to customer accounts
- 2-4 years of internal and external customer interfacing experience
- Working knowledge of standard AR policies and procedures
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel
- Must be fluent in English
