Continuous Improvement Manager
**Bachelor's degree and 6+years of experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Environment (Master's Degree preferred)**
**Deep analytical and problem solving skills**
**Strong negotiation and decision making skills**
**Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments**
**Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement**
**Experience presenting results to an executive team**
**Strong business acumen and leadership skills**
**Previous experience on Continuous improvement areas.
**
**Coordinate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site and report progress.
**
**Plan and follow up strategic planning and its reviews**
**Provide benchmark on best practices and projects.
**
**Provide development, training, and execution of projects that will deliver efficiency and effectiveness.
**
**Manage the function and the general strategy of the Company's Lean Ix Sigma & Training, fulfilling the Mexican training legal requirements and Quality System ISO **** and IATF**
**1.
Define the organizational strategy of Lean Six Sigma and Training according to the key objectives of the company, ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory guidelines of ISO **** and IATF.

**2.
Deploy Objectives and work plans for the personnel of the Continuous Improvement department.
**
**3.
Implement, validate, sustains and audits the use of Lean Six Sigma tools on the site.
**
**4.
Manage and coordinate resources for improvement projects and internal, external training events.
**
**5.
Develop, coordinate and implement all initiatives related to improving the organizational culture.
**
**6.
Measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
**
**7.
Ensure full compliance with the Mexican legal regulations and the quality system (ISO**** and IATF) regarding the training area.
**
**8.
Manage and execute high impact projects utilizing the various methodologies**
**9.
Responsible for identifying, performing, and obtaining approvals for impactful projects**
**10.**Perform continuous improvement tools training**
**11.**Mentor process owners / managers through the life cycle of their projects**
