We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and test software
- Ensure front-end and back-end systems integrate seamlessly
- Optimize systems for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software bugs
- Enhance user experience
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews
- Maintain quality standards
Nice to have
- Strong React for UI with Hands-on experience with Python, Software development concepts (Object-oriented or Functional Programming)
- AI/ML RAG with OpenAI for backend
- Bachelor Degree
- English Speaking
- Bonus: GenAI or Agentic AI experience
